Privacy Policy

Provider: Freely VPN & Freely Proxy

Last updated: October 19, 2026  ·  Effective date: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Freely VPN & Freely Proxy (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile applications we publish (each, an “App”). It applies to all of our Apps and should be read together with the listing of the App you are using. By installing or using an App you agree to this Policy.

1. Our privacy commitments

2. Information we collect

2.1 Anonymous identifiers

2.2 Device and app information

Platform (e.g. Android), app version, operating-system version, device model, and the language setting of your device. This is used for compatibility, statistics, and support.

2.3 Connection and diagnostic events

When an App connects to our service we collect technical events about the connection attempt, including: whether it succeeded or failed, a failure category (for example DNS, TCP, TLS, or tunnel problems), how long the connection took, the network type (Wi-Fi or cellular), and which server was used. This is used to operate and improve the service and to diagnose outages.

2.4 Approximate region (derived, not the raw IP address)

When you activate an App or connect, our servers derive your approximate region (country and network carrier) from the originating IP address of that single request. This is used to localize content and to measure service quality. The raw IP address is not written to our databases or logs; it is discarded after the region is determined.

2.5 Device authentication key

A public key generated on your device may be stored by our servers to authenticate your device (so the service cannot be used by someone else). The corresponding private key never leaves your device.

2.6 Crash reports and diagnostics provided by third-party SDKs

Our Apps may use third-party services such as Firebase Crashlytics and GameAnalytics to receive crash reports, app diagnostics, and app session or event data. This may include crash stack traces, app state at the time of a crash, Firebase Installation ID or similar SDK-provided identifiers, device and OS information, app version, and technical usage events needed to understand reliability and improve the service.

2.7 Advertising and monetization data

Our Apps include advertising SDKs such as Google AdMob and may display ads. Advertising providers may collect information such as advertising identifiers, approximate location, device and app information, and ad interaction data in accordance with the provider's privacy policy, your consent where required, and your device settings.

3. Information we do NOT collect

4. How we use information

5. Third-party services

Our Apps may use the following third-party SDKs and services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

Our Apps include advertising SDKs and may contain ads. The store listing and in-app experience for a specific App should provide additional details where required.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only: (a) with the service providers listed in Section 5, such as GameAnalytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob, for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, and advertising-related services; (b) when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public; and (c) in aggregate, non-identifying form for statistics.

7. Retention

8. Security and international transfers

We protect information with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) between our Apps and our servers, together with access controls, and we store only the minimum needed to run the service. Information may be processed on servers located in countries other than your own; where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to avoid retaining sensitive values.

9. Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your choices and rights

Our Apps do not require an account, so there is no sign-up data to manage.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
